Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong product or flavor, don’t worry—let us know! Simply email us at info@powerupliving.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and your preferred replacement.

Please return the item in its original, unopened, and unused condition (with all tags attached) within 3 days of purchase at your own cost. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your exchange promptly (please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on strict quality control, but if you receive a faulty product, we’re here to help! If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our policies. Please note that we currently do not offer returns due to personal preferences. To assist with your purchasing decision, we provide detailed product images and descriptions on our website. Once a purchase is finalized, it cannot be returned. However, we do offer an exchange option: if the item is returned to our warehouse in its original, undamaged condition, you may select a replacement from our catalog. The replacement item will be shipped to you for an additional fee of 350/-. Thank you for your understanding.
