Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 5-7 business days from the dispatch date.
Express Shipping: Delivery takes 2-3 business days from the dispatch date.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your order's progress.

International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us to initiate a search.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the package and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
